Combine the following in a large casserole dish:

2 lbs. cubed stew beef
4 Carrots, peeled & cut into large chunks
4-5 Potatoes, peeled & cut into large chunks
2 onions, quartered
1 can of tomato or mushroom soup





Directions:

Season to taste with salt & pepper.
Cover and bake at 275 degrees for 5 hours.
