2 eggs, well beaten
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 T. chopped onions
2 boxes(10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli
16 crackers or bread crumb mix
1 stick butter
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cook & drain broccoli. Preheat oven to 350.
Melt butter. Mix broccoli, eggs, butter, cheese, onions, mayonnaise and soup.
Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish.
Top with the cracker crumbs(bread mix).
Bake for 1 hr.
