1 lb. ground beef
2 lbs. fresh mushrooms (stems removed, chopped & reserved)
1/4 C margarine
1/2 C chopped green bell peppers
2 t minced garlic
3 t dried parsley
1 t dried basil
2/3 C dry bread crumbs
1/3 C soft bread crumbs
2 C shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.
Cook ground beef over medium heat until brown; drain and set aside.
Melt margarine over medium and stir in mushroom stems, green peppers, garlic, parsley and basil.
In large bowl, mix ground beef, mushroom stem mixture, all bread crumbs and cheese.
Place mushroom caps, upside down on large baking pan. Generously stuff each cap with mixture.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until filling is golden brown.
