1 white cake mix
1 3oz. box instant coconut pudding (or vanilla)
3 large eggs
1/4 C oil
1 1/4 C water

1 can Cream of Coconut (15 oz. Coco Lopez)

1 tub Cool Whip
2 C shredded, bagged coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients and beat 2 minutes.
Pour into greased & floured pan.
Bake at 350 for 30 min. or until edges brown and pull away from sides.
While still warm, poke holes in cake with a straw.
Pour cream of coconut over top.
Frost with thawed Cool Whip and top with shredded coconut.
