1 box Jumbo Shells
1 lb. ground beef
8 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese
4 ounces shredded Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
2 jars 15 1/2 ounces spaghetti sauce
salt and pepper to taste
32 ounces Ricotta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Parboil shells for 9 minutes. Brown ground beef and drain. Preheat oven to 350.
In a large bowl, mix ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, eggs, parmesan cheese, parsley and ground beef. Add salt and pepper.
Stuff shells well with this mixture.
Layer in a 9" x 13" baking dish as follows:
1/2 spaghetti sauce
shells
remaining sauce
Add a little extra grated parmesan cheese on top.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
