1 1/2 c flour
1 1/2 c chopped pistachios
1 1/2 stick margarine softened
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 c confectioners sugar
1 8 oz cool whip
2 pkg instant Pistachio Pudding Mix
3 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
First Layer: flour, 1 c chopped nuts, 1 1/2 stick margarine softened. Mix all ingredients in bowl and pat into 9X13 pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350. Let cool. Second Layer: cream cheese, conf. sugar, 1/2 of 8 oz. cool whip. Beat together and spread over cooled crust. Third layer: 2 pkg instant Pistachio Pudding Mix and 3 c milk, Beat a couple of minutes and let stand until firm. Fold in a small amount of cool whip (1/4 c) Spread over the cream cheese mixture. Fourth Layer: Spread remaining cool whip over pudding mixture. Garnish with chopped pistachios if desired. May make the day before and refrigerate.
