Directions:
Mix cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, egg yolk and vanilla (Just until blended). Line a cookie sheet with foil and grease. Unroll 1 pkg of crescent rolls and lay out on foil. Cover with cream cheese filling. Top with second pkg of rolls. (I find it easier if 2nd pkg of rolls is spread out on wax paper and flipped over on to top of filling.) Seal edges and corners. Brush top with egg white. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. (May be frosted with mixture of confectioners sugar and milk instead of egg white, if desired.)
