"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
1 PLAIN yellow cake mix 3 c. rhubarb, cut up 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. whipping cream cinnamon
Prepare yellow cake according to package directions and pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Mix together the rhubarb and sugar. Spoon evenly over cake batter. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Gently pour whipping cream over top. Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Turn upside down onto cutting board.
Awesome dessert! Make sure you get a plain cake mix. You can't do it if you get the cake mix with pudding or super moist. It is just too sloppy then.
