5-6 boneless chicken breasts
2/3 C brown sugar
3 T worcestershire sauce
1/4 C soy sauce
1 20oz. can crushed pineapple
1 C sliced mushrooms (or one can)
Rice (steamed seperately)

Directions:
Directions:
Roll chicken in flour and paprika and place in casserole dish.
Mix other ingredients without draining the pineapples or mushrooms and pour over chicken.
Bake at 375 for 1 hour or more (sauce will be bubbly and start to darken/thicken)
Serve over rice.

This is one of our favorites to entertain with. It's delicious and fairly easy to throw together. You can bulk it up with more chicken too to stretch for a larger crowd. I sometimes like to add sliced onions to this as well.
