1 pkg (12 oz) frozen hash brown potatoes
2 tsp instant minced onions
2 tbsp butter
1 c milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place frozen potatoes in a 1 quart microwave safe casserole. Cover and cook on high for 6-8 minutes or until hot. Mix in onion, butter, milk, salt and pepper. Cover and cook on high for an additional 6-8 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed and potatoes are tender.
