1 (10 oz) pkg chopped and drained broccoli
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 (12 oz) carton cottage cheese
1 stick margarine, softened
4 eggs
1 t salt
1 med onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a 9x13" baking dish or pan. Bake at 350 for 45-50 min for glass dish, or at 400 for metal pan for 35-45 min.
