1 c uncooked macaroni (3 c cooked)

1 1/4 c hot milk
3/8 c dry bread crumbs (or 3/4 c fresh crumbs)
1 med onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
Lots of fresh parsley
1 t salt
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c grated sharp cheese

Cook and drain macaroni. Pour milk over crumbs and cheese. Add onion, green pepper and parsley and salt. Stir in eggs, then cooked macaroni. Put in buttered casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 350 for 30 min.
