1 can (15oz) artichoke hearts
3/4 c. grated Parmesan Cheese fresh
1 pinch garlic pepper
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Drain artichoke hearts and chopped.
Preheat oven 375

In medium bowl mix together the artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise and garlic pepper. Place chicken in greased baking dish and cover evenly with artichoke mixture.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the center and juices run clear.

This recipe came from Christina McQuiston. This is the best chicken ever! Its like artichoke dip on top of a chicken breast. How can you go wrong! and it's super easy to make and soooo very flavorful!
