1 sugar cube
1 tsp. brandy
1/8 tsp. bitters
1/3 c. chilled champagne
1 Maraschino cherry

Directions:
Directions:
Place sugar cube in fluted champagne glass. Add brandy, and bitters. Slowly ad champagne. When bubbles settle, add cherry. Serve immediately. Makes 1 drink
