1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup melted butter


2-8oz packages cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla


4 cups thinly sliced peeled apples
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, and butter: press into bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan. Bake at 50 for 10 minutes. You may add finely chopped pecans to crust.

Combine cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time and mix well. blend in vanilla. Pour over crust.

Toss apples with combined sugar and cinnamon. Spoon over cream cheese layer, and top with pecans. Bake in 350 oven about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cool before removing.
