1 lb. hamburger
2 tbl. olive oil
1 small onion,chopped
1 lg. can tomato sauce or can of diced tomatos with chiles, or even one can crushed tomotos
2 c. pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to directions. Drain.

In large frying pan, saute onion in the olive oil until softened. Add hamburger and cook until no longer pink. Drain off any fat.

Add pasta to hamburger mixture and then add the tomato sauce.

You can serve this immediately, or put it in a casserole dish and reheat at a later time.

Note: The above amounts are approximate - you can add more sauce to get the desired consistency.
