1 c cranberries, raw and whole
1 orange
2 T butter
1/2 c boiling water
2 1/2 c all-purpose flour
1/2 t soda
1/2 t salt
1 1/2 t baking powder
1 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut orange into eighths, remove seed. Place in blender with butter and boiling water and pulse till finely ground. Pour over the cranberries and set aside to cool. Mix together the dry ingredients and break the egg into the dry ingredients and add cranberry mixture. Stir to combine. Bake in a greased loaf pan for l hour at 325 or until tests done.
