1 # extra-lean ground beef
1 large onion chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 7 oz. can diced green chilies
1/2 large head of cabbage, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato soup
1/2 soup can water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, onions and garlic together in large, heavy skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
Add chilies and cabbage and cook at stir for 2 minutes.
Add tomato soup, water, mix thoroughtly, cover and cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
