1/2 lb. softened butter
3/4 c. dry white wine
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 clove garlic (minced very fine)
1/2 tbl. chopped shallots
1/2 tsp. accent
1/2 tbl. chopped parsley
dash of Worcestershire sauce
dash of Tabasco sauce
1 lb. shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. In a skillet melt the butter. Lightly saute the shrimp in the butter. Add the wine and cook until liquid is reduced by half.
Place shrimp and wine sauce in shallow baking dish (can use individual ramikins) -
Combine butter, bread crumbs, garlic, shallots, accent, parsley, Worcestershire and tabasco, dot the shrimp with this mixture. Bake in oven 5 minutes or until butter mixture has browned a bit.
