2 tlbs. oil
12 chicken thighs
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tlbs. flour
4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup good salsa
1 ripe avacado
1 large onion thinly sliced
1 7 oz. can diced green chilies
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1) Brown chicken in large skillet in the 2 tlbs. oil. Transfer to a shallow, 8-qt. casserole.
2) While chicken is browning, place yogurt, sour cream, milk, salt, pepper, flour, garlic, avacado and salsa in blender and whirl smooth.
3) Brown onion slices in chicken skillet and distribute over chicken in casserole.
4) Spoon diced chilies over onion.
5) Pour blender contents over all and bake uncovered 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
7) Spoon off any fat, and serve over rice.
