1 - 2 lbs grated cheese
2 lb ground beef
1 can chopped green chilies
1 can mushroom soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 chopped onion
1 pkg corn tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and season meat. Add chopped chilies. Combine soup and enchilada sauce; heat. Soften tortillas in hot oil and line bottom of a 9x13 flat baking dish with them. Layer meat, sauce, cheese and onion. Repeat layers, ending with cheese. Bake at 350 for 20-30 min until hot and bubbly. Freezes well.
