1 box manicotti (14)
1 lb ground beef
1 c cottage cheese
1/2 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic
4 oz mozzarella, shredded
1/2 c mayonnaise
1 jar of spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef and garlic. Pour off fat. Mix remaining ingredients with meat mixture. Stuff into uncooked manicotti. Cover bottom of a 9x13 pan with most of a jar of spaghetti sauce (Classico recommended). Add stuffed manicotti; sprinkle with oregano and parmesan. Add remaining sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 325 for 45 min. Check: may need 15 more minutes.

Use of uncooked manicotti is a great convenience. Have additional spaghetti sauce available; may need more, to assure enough to cook the manicotti. Recipe from a Seattle television program.
