4 eggs
2 c milk
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c Bisquick©
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp butter
1/2 c coconut
dash of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in blender and blend for 15 seconds. Pour into a buttered 9" pie plate. Bake at 400º for 25-30 minutes. Cool before serving. Cool Whip on top of the slices will even make it better.
