Ingredients:  
1st layer - 1 c flour, 1/2 c softened butter, 1/2 c chopped pecans.

2nd layer - 8 oz cream cheese, 1 c Cool Whip, 1 c powdered sugar

3rd layer - 2 pkgs lemon instant pudding, 3 c milk

4th layer - Remaining Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
1st Layer - Mix together and put in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Bake 15 min. @ 375 degrees. Cool.

2nd Layer - Mix and spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

3rd Layer - Blend until thick, pour over 2nd layer. Refrigerate 5 minutes.

4th Layer - Spread remaining Cool Whip.
