1 c rice (uncooked)
1 can cream of mushroom soup undiluted
1 jar (8 oz) cheese whiz
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 c chopped celery
3 tbsp bitter
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli
1/4 c chopped pimentos

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to package directions. When done add soup and cheese whiz. Saute onion and celery in butter. Pour boiling water over broccoli and drain. Add pimento to broccoli, add this to the sauteed mixture and add all this to the rice mixture.
Bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
