5 or 6 golden delicious apples
cinnamon
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 stick margarine or butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300.

Peel and slice apples. Place apple slices in 9 x 12 pan or baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Beat 1 egg. Add 1 cup flour and 1 cup sugar to egg. Mix well together. (It will look like peas). Put this mixture on top of apples. Pour melted butter over the mixture. Bake in 300 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
