8 oz. Cream cheese
1 1/2 C. Powdered sugar
1 1/3 C. Crushed pineapple, drained
1 C. Chopped pecans
1 tsp. Vanilla
2/3 Container Cool Whip (8-10 oz)
1 Baked pie shell
2 T. Toasted coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Whip first 5 ingredients.
Fold in whipped topping.
Pour into shell and sprinkle with coconut.
Refrigerate at least 6 six hours.
