2 tbl. oil
1/2 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
1-1/2 lb. ground pork and/or beef
1/3 c. raisins
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. green olives, sliced
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. cumin
2 bay leaves
flour tortillas
shredded lettuce
shredded radish
lime wedges
shredded cheesd

Heat oil - add garlic and onion and saute til soft. Add ground meat and brown. Add raisins, tomato sauce, olives and all spices. Stir til thickened - Wrap mixture in warm tortillas and top with the lettuce, radish and shredded cheese, squeeze with lime and enjoy!
