1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chiles, drained
1-1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Grease 10" pie plate.
Cook beef and onion until brown, drain off fat. Stir in seasoning mix. Spread in plate, top with chiles. Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth. Pour into plate, over meat mixture. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean., about 15 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Top with sour cream, tomtoes, lettuce and cheese if desired.
