2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/2 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
1 tbl. minced dry onion
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. accent
3 dashes tobasco
1/2 t. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
8 oz. sour cream.

Cook the spinach and drain thoroughly.
Mix all ingredients together and place in baking dish - top with additional parmesan cheese and bake at 350 for 30 minutes
