1 lb. Talapia 1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. garlic powder May use regular bread crumbs seasoned with Italian seasoning.
Season thawed fillets with 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder. Combine 1/2 c. bread crumbs with 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese. Coat fillets with bread crumb mixture and place on a foil lined baking sheet; lightly sprayed with a cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees about 15 - 18 min. until fish flakes easily, when tested with a fork.
