3 tbl. chunky peanut butter
2 tbl. canola oil
1 tbl. soy sauce
2 tbl. rice wine vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 sm. head iceberg lettuce, shredded
2 c. bean sprouts
2 carrots, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Heat peanut butter in mocrowave to soften. Transfer to bowl and whisk in oil, soy, vinegar, sugar and cayenne pepper.

Pile lettuce, bean sprouts and carrots on serving platter. Drizzle liberally with peanut dressing.
