1 pound fresh crab meat, flaked
2 - 7 1/2 oz. cans water chestnuts
1 cup green onions, finely chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the water chestnuts into very fine dice. Mix with the crab and other remaining ingredients.l Serve on Euphrates or whole wheat crackers.
