1 can (14 oz.) black beans
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. chili powder
4 (8 inch) whole wheat tortillas
3 tomotes, thinly sliced
1 jalapeno pepper, minced
1 c. shredded mozarella cheese
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Drain and rinse beans.
Mash lightly with a fork.
Stir in garlic and chili powder.
Spread on tortillas, dividing evenly.
Sprinkle each with 1/4 c. cheese.
Top with tomato slices and peppers.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese an cilantro.
Bake 5 min. until crisp and cheese is melted.
