2 c. grated zucchini
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs until frothy. Add the oil and sugar - mix well.
In a separate bowl, mix all other ingredients, except the nuts.
Add this to the egg mixture, and then add nuts. Pour into greased pan (2 small pans or 1 large pan)
Bake at 325 - 45 minutes for small pans, 1 hour for large pan.
