1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
6 large tbsp. sour cream
2 large, ripe mashed bananas
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of cinnamon
sugar for sprinkling
1/2 c. blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter, sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and mix well.
Add sour cream, bananas and vanilla; and mix to blend.
Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon.
Stir into butter mixture just until flour is absorbed.
Do not over mix.
Gently fold in blueberries.
Spoon batter in muffin cups (3/4 full).
Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 18-22 minutes.
