Cut tops off peppers, remove seeds, wash
In butter, saute onions, celery, bits of peppers until tender.
Add tomatoes, sauce, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, pepper.
Simmer 1 minute.
Mix ground chuck, rice, egg, Worchestershire suace and 1 c. of tomatoe mixture.
Stuff peppers with meat mixture.
Pour remaining sauce over all.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr.
