1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. grated Gruyere cheese
1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary leaves
1 (11 oz) container refrigerated breadstick dough
seal salt (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over the 350.
Mix together the two cheeses and the rosemary.
Separate the dough strips and cut each dough strip in half lengthwise to form thin strips. Coat each thin strip with the cheese mixture, pressing it very gently into the dough. Twist each cheese covered dough strip and place onto greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt if you wish.
Bake until the breadsticks are golden brown, about 10 - 15 minutes.

This is one of Amy's most requested foods when she comes home!

As I am not a huge fan of rosemary, I usually substitute oregano and it works just as well. I also usually just use parmesan cheese -
