Combine corn syrup, butter, and brown sugar in small saucepan and simmer until sugar has melted.
Pour mixture into greased 13 x 9" pan.
Place bread slices over sugar mixture.
In large bowl, beat eggs, milk, vanilla, and salt.
Pour over bread.
Cover the dish and refrigerate overnight.
Next morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Uncover and bake 45 minutes.
Serve while hot.
