Crust:

1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. milk

Filling:

2 c. sliced apples or drained fruit
3 eggs
1 to 1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. flour
3/4 c. milk

Streusel:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, egg, baking powder, salt and milk and pat into oblong pan working up the sides.
Put apples on crust.
Combine and mix eggs, sugar, flour, and milk.
Pour mixture over apples.
Mix sugar, flour and butter for streusel and sprinkle over the top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
