8 frozen has brown patties
4 c. (16 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. (2 c.) fully cooked ham, cubed
7 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Place has brown patties in a single layer in a greased 13"x9"x2" baking dish.
Sprinkle cheese and ham over patties.
In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
Pour over cheese and ham.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr.
Uncover and bake for 15 minutes longer or until edges are golden brown and a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Serve hot.
