1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups natural bran
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chopped dates or raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first eight ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in the center.
Beat eggs in separate bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and stir to mix. Pour into well. Stir just enough to moisten. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full and bake in 400 oven for 20-25 minutes. Makes 36 muffins.
