1 lb. Organic Spinach Fettuccini 1/2-1 c. Cooked Ham Steak, Cubed 12-15 Medium Raw Shrimp, Cleaned (Fresh or Frozen) 1 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3-4 T Prepared Pesto Sauce
While cooking the Fettuccini noodles (according to directions), saute the shrimp in the olive oil until they turn pink. Add the ham cubes to the pan with the shrimp to warm through. Drain the fettuccini. Toss all ingredients with the pesto sauce and serve.
