1 unbaked pie shell 1/2 c soft butter 2 c sugar 3 rounded tbls flour 3 eggs beaten 1 tsp vanilla 1 c buttermilk
Cream sugar and butter till well mixed in large bowl. Mix flour, eggs, and vanilla. Combine with sugar and butter, then stir in buttermilk, and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool before serving. Serves: 6-8
