1 cup shortening (soft)
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs



2 3/4 cup flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla


2 T sugar
2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together shortening, sugar and eggs. Stir in flour, cream of tartar, soda & vanilla. Roll into balls and roll in cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes.
