Vegetable oil
Butter
Onion
Cabbage
Green Beans
Carrots
Shrimp, chicken or pork (pick your favorite)
Mushroom sauce
Soy sauce
Salt
1 egg (scramble)
Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat vegetable oil, and small piece of butter in wok.
Chop onion in large pieces add salt to taste. Chop up vegetables and meat. Place all in wok, add mushroom sauce for color (mushroom sauce can be purchased at Korean Food Store). Scamble egg in separate pan, add to wok. Cook rice in separate pan and also add to wok. Salt to taste.
