1 head escarole
2-3 cloves minced garlic
chicken both
olive oil
beans
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Clean the escarole thoroughly. Cook in chicken broth until soft. Saute garlic in olive oil until soft. Add the beans to the garlic. Add the drained escarole. Season with salt and pepper.
