2 cups flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
4-5 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/4 cup cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all six dry ingredients in large bowl. Make well.
Stir in beaten egg, oil, and milk. Batter will be lumpy. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full and bake in 400 oven for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm.
