1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 egg
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup milk
3 medium mashed bananas (very ripe are best)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the five dry ingredients together in large bowl. Make well in center.
Add beaten egg, oil, milk and bananas. Stir to moisten, batter will have lumps. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full and bake in 400 oven till golden.
20-25 minutes.

You kids grew up on these muffins! I always used the whole bag of mini chocolate chips. You know, the more chocolate the better!
