2 pkg. dry yeast
1-1/2 c. warm water
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
1 egg, beaten
sea salt for sprinkling

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast and warm water

Add sugar, salt and flour

Mix well

Knead on floured surface
Shape into pretzels
Brush with beaten egg
Sprinkle with sea salt

Bake at 425 for 15 minutes or until brown
